MIG welders range in size from small 110 volt machines that can only weld up to 3/16″ steel to large 220 volt machines that can weld 1/2′′ steel in a single pass.

Remember that the low amperage machines frequently can only weld with flux core wire. Many of them are unable to connect a gas cylinder.

You will kick yourself in the butt if you don’t acquire this coveted feature in the future.
