Classifying joints with Vuelift
The Savaria Vuelift is advertised as "an exceptional lift for those who appreciate a higher level of luxury". We cannot disagree. These panoramic elevators have an integrated shaft and are available in round or octagonal shapes.

An energy-efficient drum drive system uses two aircraft cables to drive the Vuelift. At the same time, Savaria installed 24 guide rails made of low-friction material for the elevator car. The end result is a residential elevator model that gently glides up and down up to 6 stops and 42.5 feet.
Vuelift is more than words
The Savaria Vuelift, if the name isn't enough of a reason, prides itself on the quality of vision inside the elevator. You can choose from acrylic or glass models. The Vuelift glass models feature crystal clear low-iron silica glass for optimum transparency without a green tinge. Acrylic models are constructed of high-quality clear acrylic panels that are stronger than code requirements and will not tarnish over time.
Safety and reliability are also paramount to Savaria Vuelift. These elevators are fully compliant with ASME A17.1 Section 5.3 Code which outlines the criteria for avoiding deflection, jamming and other safety risks. The drum drive system provides reliable and consistent speed under load while operating at a maximum of 67 dB(A). The acrylic model supports up to 840 lbs, while the glass model supports up to 950 lbs.

Savaria Vuelift has a simplified installation process. Once the power and phone lines are in place, the elevator can be installed by a team. This eliminates the need to call in multiple trade specialists and avoids a contractor domino effect. Vuelift also requires minimal ongoing maintenance, reducing the expected number of times you may have to visit an installer.
Savaria manufactures all of its Vuelift residential elevator models in North America. They can come in almost any color you can think of to match your favorite decor. If you have the money to take a second look at this elevator, don't walk up and down the stairs of your house like an uneducated Philistine, buy one!
