If you want the most powerful Ryobi cordless impact wrench yet, the PBLIW01 is the tool for you. Part of the 18V One+ HP brushless range, it features Ryobi's latest motor technology capable of delivering up to 1170 ft-lbs of breakaway torque and 700 ft-lbs of tightening torque.
Four modes include a standard low/medium/high configuration as well as an assist mode that prevents forward overtightening and provides reverse controlled removal. Triple-beam LEDs around the chuck also help improve light projection efficiency.

Ryobi 18V One+ HP Compact Brushless PSBIW25: Top Compact Choice

If compactness is your top priority and you want to stick with brushless motors, the HP Brushless PSBIW25 is the way to go. It's 5.4 inches long, allowing it to fit into areas the aforementioned high-torque models would never dream of attempting. It's also lighter, at 2.3 pounds bare and 4.0 pounds with the 4.0Ah high-performance battery. Of course, you can save weight by using a 2.0Ah battery pack.
For performance, you're looking at 275 ft-lbs of breakaway torque and 200 ft-lbs of tightening torque at a top speed of 2900 RPM/3800 IPM. There are four modes to control it. Ryobi 18V One+ HP Brushless Impact Wrench P262: Medium Torque Balance

If you're looking to buy just one Ryobi cordless impact wrench to cover the widest range of applications, choose the P262. Another member of HP's brushless lineup that balances size and performance well. Weighing 3.8 pounds bare (5.5 pounds with the 4.0Ah high-performance battery) and 7.2 inches long, it's lighter and smaller than the high-torque model.
Performance-wise, it boasts 600 foot-pounds of breakaway torque and 450 foot-pounds of tightening torque, making it far more robust than the compact. Like the other models we've discussed, this one has three standard modes and one assist mode, as well as a triple-beam LED setup.

In addition to the HP brushless line, Ryobi has a cordless 1/2-inch impact wrench kit for less than $100.00, and it's on sale at Home Depot. The PCL265 comes with a 4.0Ah battery and charger. Considering the battery itself retails for $99.00, it's like getting a free charger and impact wrench.
Under the hood, this 1/2-inch shock packs 400 ft-lbs of breakaway torque and 375 ft-lbs of tightening torque to match its 2700 RPM/3100 IPM top speed.
The high-value price tag doesn't leave the base model behind, either. There are three standard control modes, with a switch on top of the motor, and we really like the triple-beam LED configuration.

Ryobi's P261 is the longest-running 1/2-inch cordless impact wrench in the line, having been around since 2015. This brushed model is capable of delivering up to 300 foot-pounds of torque and a speed of 2900 RPM/3200 IPM. It has three standard speed modes and triple-beam LEDs.
As we write this, the kit with the 4.0Ah battery and charger is actually less expensive than the bare metal. Home Depot specials $129.00, regular price $222.00.

Ryobi 18V One+ HP Compact Brushless PSBIW01: Lightweight Champion

Moving on to 3/8" drives, there's only one HP brushless model available, and it's compact. It measures 5.4 inches from tip to tail and weighs just 1.9 pounds bare tool. Adding the 1.5Ah battery included in the kit keeps the weight at a very manageable 2.8 lbs. 3.6 lbs if you want to use the larger 4.0Ah performance battery.
With a tightening torque of 160 foot-pounds at 2900 RPM and a speed of 3900 IPM, this model is an excellent choice for driving lag screws and other structural fasteners as well as the many nuts and bolts that machinists handle. While it doesn't have triple-beam LEDs, you do get an assist mode as well as three standard modes.

Ryobi 18V One+ Cordless Impact Wrench PCL250: 3/8-Inch Great Value Picks

The PCL250 moves to a brushed motor but with more torque, 220 foot-pounds of torque at 2600 RPM and 3100 IPM. It's heavier and longer than the compact above, but you'd expect that with the increase in power. Actually, it works for a similar application, but you'll notice it encourages stubborn bolts more confidently.
One of the biggest differences is that this is a single-speed model. If you want to adjust speed and torque, you need to rely on the feather shift trigger.
As we write this, the kit has a sale price that matches the $99.00 list price for the bare metal.

However, the bare tool is only $69.00, making it more affordable for shoppers on a tight budget. There is one kit available, but Home Depot doesn't have any in stock, and there's currently no indication that there will be more. As another model launched in 2015, this is no surprise.
