Milwaukee M18 FUEL Random Orbital Polisher – 15mm and 21mm

Posted on September 7, 2023 by Philbert Jackson

The Milwaukee M18 FUEL 15mm & 21mm Random Orbital Polisher: Powerful, Durable, and Ergonomic for Professional Groomers

Milwaukee Tool introduces two new additions to its lineup of M18 FUEL Random Orbital Polishers – the 15mm and 21mm configurations. These full-size polishers are designed to handle both polishing and heavy correction applications, providing a cordless alternative that rivals corded tools. The M18 FUEL 15mm and 21mm Random Orbital Polishers prioritize power and ergonomics, two key factors for car detailers.

When it comes to tools that detailers use for hours on end, ergonomics play a crucial role. The Milwaukee M18 FUEL 15mm and 21mm Random Orbital Polishers are thoughtfully designed with well-balanced front and rear handles, ensuring comfort during extended use. Milwaukee Tool also promises low vibration and noise levels, making the polishing process more pleasant.

Moreover, the backplate of each polisher is engineered to remain cool even under heavy use, reducing the risk of heat-induced surface or paint damage. To add another layer of protection, Milwaukee has rotated the battery 90 degrees, creating a 2-inch clearance between the tool and the work surface. This eliminates the chances of accidentally knocking the battery into the vehicle while polishing. With these cordless polishers, you can say goodbye to cords without worrying about other potential issues.

Variable speed with 8-position dial

Both the 15mm and 21mm Milwaukee M18 FUEL Random Orbital Polishers offer variable speed triggers and 8-position speed dials. These features give you precise control over the polishing process, allowing you to adjust the speed according to different applications, from scratch removal to overall finishing.

The Milwaukee M18 FUEL 15mm Random Orbital Polisher operates between 2,650 and 5,100 RPM, while the 21mm model runs between 2,400 and 4,500 RPM.

When paired with the high-output XC6.0 M18 RedLithium battery, the Milwaukee polishers provide impressive performance. You can expect up to 53 minutes of continuous polishing or up to 20 minutes of heavy use when removing scratches. While using the XC6.0 battery enhances balance and material clearance, opting for a larger battery pack will grant you extended run time.
